Gina Searle
Manager & Director
Gina has been with us since 2010. Gina has a BA Degree in Early Childhood Studies, Early Years Teacher status and is a qualified trainer.
Gina works full time at the Nursery spending time both in the office and in the rooms when needed. Gina is the lead of the Nursery and pre-school and takes on every aspect.
Kirsty Reville
Nursery Manager & Director
Kirsty is our General Manager. Kirsty started with us as a practitioner working with the children in the rooms and has been a part of Bell Day Nursery for over 20 years. Kirsty is passionate about the Nursery and the role we have in the community. Kirsty works closely with the other managers in all areas of the Nursery and Pre-school.
Emma La Roche
Deputy Manager
Emma has been across the two settings for over 8 years. Emma worked her way through the qualifications and is now an Early Years Techer. Emma is a qualified trainer and supports all staff in their development. Emma's role ensure thats SEND , Speech and language and children's development is a priority.
Jenny Rivers
Arthur Coote
Director & Bookkeeper
Jenny trained as a primary school teacher at the Saffron Walden Teacher training College on the same site that the Nursery now occupies. Having qualified she taught in two different schools, before continuing her training to cover Nursery Education. Jenny came back to her roots when joining the Nursery staff in 1993.
Jenny works from Tuesday-Friday and works on our accounts and book keeping.
Director
Arthur works part-time working Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday each week. He has many years of experience in the Early Years and enjoys training others in Childcare.
Our Staff
A trained and experienced team of varying ages cares for and educates the children giving a rich balance of energy, ideas and enthusiasm.
Happily our staff retention is good, which offers continuity of care to families with several children.
We have a rigorous DBS checking system in place ensuring all are staff are suitable to work with children. With a view to Continuous Professional Development our staff regularly attend courses and complete online courses. All staff hold the full 12 hour First Aid, Safeguarding Certificates and Food Hygiene, which are updated when necessary.
We have staff who attend Health and safety training and other specialist areas as required by Ofsted.
